The Sutherlin Dog Park is dedicated to fun and exercise activities with your dog.  Dogs may run off-leash, under voice control, within the confines of the fenced area.  If you are uncomfortable in the presence of unleashed dogs, you may wish to use other areas of the park.   ENJOY!

 

By entering the Dog Park, the park user agrees to hold the City of Sutherlin and the Sutherlin Dog Park Committee harmless and free from any liability caused by park users or their dogs.  Park users agree to fully comply with posted rules and take full legal responsibility for any action of their own or their dogs.

 

BASIC RULES TO KEEP THE PARK A FUN AND SAFE PLACE

 

• Scoop your poop! Bags are provided.

• Dogs that show signs of aggression must be removed IMMEDIATELY.

• Owners are personally liable for any damages or injury their dog inflicts.

• The number of dogs per person is limited to three.

• Dogs must wear a collar with identification at all times.

• Dogs must be licensed and vaccinated.

• No dogs in heat. Spay or neuter your pets.

• Dogs must be leashed prior to entering and leaving off-leash area.

• Please carry a leash at all times.

• An adult must accompany children under 12 years of age.

• Violators of these rules are subject to penalties and fines under city ordinances.
